All of the 12 step meetings and yoga is not going to prevent anyone from coming into contact with drugs or alcohol. We work with our clients not just one on one, but in social settings as well. Constantly and consistently encouraging positive behavior.
We can’t move forward if our minds are always distributing negative energy. In fact, through working out, regular yoga sessions and meetings, we help our clients re-train their mind. Now, when they are in compromising situations they are prepared to handle it in a positive manner.
